My work combines strategic thinking with deep experience in the human side of organisations.

I help leaders and leadership teams clarify what matters most, work together more effectively, and create cultures where both people and performance thrive. Clients value my calm presence, constructive challenge and ability to help people do their best thinking together.

I’ve worked in this field since 2002, partnering with organisations across financial services, mining, technology, professional services, engineering, and public service in Australia and internationally. My approach draws on a strong foundation in leadership, organisational culture, and strategy. Earlier in my career I was an Associate Principal with McKinsey in Sydney, where I was part of the team that developed the firm’s approach to leadership and culture. Before that I worked as a strategy consultant for around 10 years and as an entrepreneur, leading and building businesses in Australia and the US.

This blend of strategic rigour, commercial experience and deep interest in human behaviour shapes how I work: practical, outcome-focused, respectful and human.
